Joynest Maternity offers a professional 1-on-1 online stretching program designed specifically for mothers before and after childbirth. Led by certified pre & postnatal fitness instructors, sessions are delivered via Zoom, allowing you to move safely, build strength, and promote healing—anytime, anywhere.

課程內容 Course Overview

產前訓練 - 加強核心與盆底肌群,減輕不適,讓身體慢慢準備好迎接寶寶。
孕期伸展 - 溫和拉伸,幫助放鬆緊繃、減輕水腫與壓力,提升睡眠與情緒。
產後修復 - 協助身體回復穩定,改善循環,找回妳的能量與節奏。

Prenatal Conditioning - Strengthen the core and pelvic floor muscles, ease discomfort, and gently prepare the body for the arrival of your baby.
Pregnancy Stretching - Gentle stretches to release muscle tension, reduce swelling and stress, and support better sleep and emotional wellbeing.
Postnatal Recovery - Support your body’s gradual return to balance, improve circulation, and help you regain energy and a steady rhythm.
